ORDERING INFO:
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, select an item you wish to purchase and click on the "ADD TO CART" button. Click on the "VIEW ORDER" button to review your entire order. When you are ready to check-out, all on-line shopping transactions are handled and secured through Paypal.com. Proceed through check-out as directed. You may have to set up a free account with Paypal before checking out. A Paypal account is free, and is an easy, safe and secure way to make payments on the web. If you encounter any difficulties with ordering, or prefer not to send payments over the internet, please send us an email and we will help you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
All domestic 1201AM orders are sent from Atlanta, GA (US) via US MAIL (unless otherwise requested) and should arrive at their destination within 2-3 business days (Priority), and 3-7 business days (First Class). All international orders will be shipped via First Class International Mail and should arrive within 1-2 weeks. Shipping charges are detailed below.

PROCESSING TIME
Most 1201AM items are available and in-stock upon ordering. If this is not the case, you will be notified after placing your order of the estimated processing time for your order. If you require your order to be shipped immediately, please send an email to check current availability and shipping times.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Any 1201AM refunds and exchanges will be taken on a case by case basis. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is any problem, please send an email as soon as possible explaining your concerns. We will respond as soon as possible.
